and send it back by email to: electoralrollofficer@allsaintschurch.co.uk
Explanation
What is the church electoral register?
It is a list of all the people aged over 16 years and over who consider themselves to be part of our church family.
I have done this before – why do it again?
According to church rules, the electoral register has to be completely renewed every 6 years.
What am I signing up for?
The register is a list of people aged over 16 who are members of our church family in its broadest sense. It is not a statement of commitment. It does not commit you to anything.
How will you use my information?
We’ll never share your information without your permission. An explanation of our policy concerning the electoral roll can be downloaded here.
How will it help?
It helps church because it lets us have more members of our PCC (church governing body). That means that more people can people can help with the many church jobs which need doing.
When complete, it gives you the right to vote at church annual general meetings. The next one will be in April 2020.
